Shipping Charges

1) Shoes: £10 per pair postage and packing charge, flat rate, anywhere in the world – by Royal Mail registered post. DHL courier delivery outside UK available at extra cost, see below.

2) Made-to-Measure Hobble Skirts and “Stilettos by RoSa” Silk Scarves: Free of Charge by Royal Mail registered post, worldwide. DHL courier delivery outside UK available at extra cost, see below.

3) UK orders are sent Royal Mail “Special Delivery”  for delivery before 1pm on the working day following the date of despatch. Tracking is available. Signature required on delivery.

4) Overseas Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail “International Tracked and Signed For” priority registered air mail small packet service. Fully tracked in most countries, quick and reliable. Signature required on delivery.  

5) Express Courier Delivery via DHL is available to customers outside the UK at extra cost if you require your items urgently.  Full details are on the Express Courier Delivery page.

IMPORTANT: if you wish to have your items delivered to a DHL Packstation address  Express Courier Delivery via DHL must be purchased. Royal Mail’s logistics partner on mainland Europe does not deliver to DHL Packstation addresses.

6) Customs and Import Tax – Customs document is affixed to every package sent outside the EU. Any customs negotiation fee, import tax or duty payable on imported goods in countries outside the EU is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please do not ask us to under-declare the value of your package – this is illegal and may result in your package being impounded by Customs authorities.
